Ballroom Saturdays
Want to learn to social dance? Just starting out? Danielle teaches on-going group classes every Saturday at 2:00pm and 3:00pm at 440 studios. Biography
New York Innovative Theatre Award nominee Danielle Quisenberry is on the faculties of both the Sandra Cameron Dance Center and The Alivn Ailey School where she teaches the MFA candidates for The Actors Studio.She was formerly the director of professional development for the American Ballroom Theatre Company’s Dancing Classrooms Program and can be seen in the award winning documentary Mad Hot Ballroom.
Her work with pre-professional performers has earned her both a Helen Hayes and a Papermill Playhouse nomination for choreography. She continues to dance and train with ballroom champions Bill Davies, Sandra Cameron and Linas Korieva as well as act and direct in the theatre in NYC.

"My husband and I are not professional dancers, nor do we really dance that much socially, so we were thrilled to work with Danielle
in preparation for our wedding. Danielle works very personally with couples, not forcing techniques that would seem very staged for some
of us, but sticking to a dance that reflects the style of the pair. She started by teaching us the basics of ballroom, which helped us
learn how to move around the floor together. From this, she helped us select a dance that would fit our song and our personalities. We

"We got married early last November at Tappan Hill in New York. Neither of us are dancing afficiondos but we wanted to set a good impression
for our first dance at our wedding. We first saw Danielle at practice session at the Sandra Cameron dance studio and we knew immediately we
wanted her to be our private instructor. Danielle helped us plan an international standard waltz routine and she lent us cds to help us settle
on a song. In the midst of the stress of wedding planning we found we both really looked forward to our sessions with Danielle. We found Danielle
to be fun, motivating instructor and we felt she was personally invested in making our wedding day a success. In ten private sessions, we found we
had completed the entire bronze syllabus for international standard waltz! When the moment of truth finally came, we were able to execute thanks
to the confidence and training Danielle instilled in us. Many guests later came up to us gushing about how professional we looked. Looking back,
